ACCESS to what?

Hello. I've been told you are interested in ACCESS. You're asking what is ACCESS and why are all those letters capitalized. Well, have no fear! I am here to free you from your curiosity. ACCESS stands for Alabama Connecting Classroom, Educators and Students Statewide. That's a whole lot of information right? wrong. There is much more to be learned and ACCESS is here to help. ACCESS is a utility used to guide students further into their education while helping teachers expand their professional careers.

ACCESS is available to high school students with online web-based classes and/or videoconferencing. Online classes are entirely online. The benefits include increased responsibility for student, as well as a sense of accomplishment with the online journals. Student's can also review the course however many times is needed. Videoconferencing includes a more realistic classroom with the E-Teacher on a monitor. It connects students together from different schools and it allows the teachers to "team teach." You're probably asking, what will this extra education do? Well, it provides access to an advanced diploma and helps motivate students to find their own "right" techniques for learning efficiently.

Well done on the attention grabber! I was hooked. Also, nice comments about the fact that ACCESS will help students become more responsible for their own learning while providing them with more tools to work with during the learning process.
